The Local Scout started with a simple frustration: too many people were signing leases and offers on properties they had only seen through the flattering lens of a real-estate listing. We built a service that takes the guesswork out — unhurried, honest, and on the ground.

Our scouts are locals. We know Brisbane's suburbs, its traffic, its light, and what the meter box on a Queenslander typically looks like at 3pm. We attend the inspection under our own names, walk the property slowly, and send you the video, photos and answers the same day.

Why we exist

Interstate renters, overseas buyers, busy parents, investors with day jobs — the common thread is people making six-figure decisions on properties they can't physically visit. Photos are marketing. We are not.
