The full scout fee is credited against property management fees at our partner agencies. Credit applies to management fees only, one per managed property. Full terms provided at booking.
We attend the inspection time you provide from the listing. If no inspection is scheduled, we contact the agent to arrange access and attend the next available inspection — typically within 3 to 5 days.
