How do you know when to attend?+
We attend the inspection time you provide from the listing. If no inspection is scheduled, we contact the agent to arrange access and attend the next available inspection — typically within 3 to 5 days.
Who attends the inspection?+
One of our Brisbane scouts. They register and attend under their own name on behalf of a prospective tenant or buyer. We never pose as you and we never misrepresent who we are to the agent.
How fast do we get the video?+
You get the video, photos and answers to your questions the same day as the inspection — usually within a few hours of us leaving the property.
What areas do you cover?+
Greater Brisbane, for our pilot. All properties in one booking must be within 25 km of the first property so our scout can reach them in one run.
Can you tell us if the property is worth it?+
No, and on purpose. We report what we saw — the condition, the noise, the light, the answers to your questions. We don't estimate value, yield or market position. That call is yours to make.
What if we want to change our questions after booking?+
Reply to our booking confirmation any time up to the morning of the inspection and we'll update the brief. If you think of one on the way to work, send it — we'll add it if we haven't left yet.
